Instructions on registration of membership card

1. AGE LIMITED:

From 18 years old and above for both Vietnamese and foreigners.

2. CARD CLASSIFICATION

Classification Diamond Club Diamond Club Gold Diamond Club Platinum
Condition Buying from 300,000 VND or more Buying from 50,000,000 VND or more Buying over 150,000,000 VND
Valid 3 year
Point 10,000 VND = 1 point
Using Points 1,000 points exchange gor gift voucher 100,000 VND
Benefits Have priority with selected events in Diamond Department Store - Have priority with selected events in Diamond plaza
- 3 - 5% discount for certain shops in Diamond Department Store 		- Have priority with selected events in Diamond plaza
- 5 - 10% discount for certain shops in Diamond Department Store

3. STEPS FOR ISSUING CARD:

  1. Take the receipt from 300.000 VND or above to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Desk for registration
  2. Fill in the Registration Form and Agreement for using personal information
  3. Sign and date the Registration Form and Agreement for using personal information to receive Diamond Card (card shall be issued within two weeks of registration).
  4. In case that a card is lost or damaged, please contact the CRM desk to get a new replacement with the renewal fee of 20,000VND
  5. Receipts only valid and can be added on purchasing day

4. USAGE:

  1. When paying, please present to Diamond Card to accumulate points
  2. For information of accumulated points , please contact CRM room on the 1st floor
  3. Only the card holder can use the benefits from the points
  4. Gift Vouchers will be presented from the firt till the fifth day each month. Please show your ID card or passport at the CRM desk to receive your vouchers. The Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue
  5. The points equivalent to redeemed Gift Vouchers will be deducted automatically from the records. Remaining points will be carried forward to the following month
  6. Rules and regulations of the CRM program can be adjusted by Diamond Department Store to reflect changes in business operation
