 Diamond Plaza's one, two, three and four bedroom fully furnished, serviced apartments are amongst the most spacious in Vietnam, having internal net areas of between 83-240 square meters. All apartments are fully air-conditioned and free internet access is now offered to all Tenants. For convenience, parking is located in the basement of the building. To complete the total sense of well being associated with residence at Diamond Plaza, membership to the executive fitness club and 14th floor terrace swimming pool is provided at no charge, as a part of the tenants' package.

Apartment Reception
Located in the lobby at the ground floor. Our front office staff are all fluent in English and happy to assist you in whatever queries you have at anytime of the day. |
Housekeeping service
We supply housekeeping services including laundry and dry cleaning on a daily basis (except Sundays and Public Holidays). We also arrange periodic cleaning of fabric upholstery, furniture polishing, carpet shampooing or decoration touching up. |
Maintenance
Our skilled engineers are on stand-by 24 hours a day to carry out any maintenance that may be required. |
Parking
Car and motorbike parking is accommodated in the Basement of the building. |
Fitness and Health Centre
The Diamond Club is located on the 13th floor. It is equipped with full facilities of fitness, massage, steam bath and comfortable relax room. Complimentary Membership is included as part of the Tenant’s package.

A beautiful swimming pool is located on the 14th floor. A pool attendant is on duty from 6am to 10pm. Free of charge swimming lessons are available for Apartment tenants and their families when requested. |
