Heating and Ventilation
The Heating and Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) system of Diamond Plaza consists of the air ventilation system and the air conditioning system. Turbo air fans are installed for ventilation in the basements, toilets, public areas and machine rooms. The air conditioning system comprises 4 turbo York chillers, 32 Air Handling Units (AHUs) and nearly 500 fan coil units to supply and circulate cooled air to offices, apartments, the retail center, public and other areas. Temperature, humidity, air volume, fresh air exchange and the operation of all equipment of the HVAC system are auto controlled by the buildings automated system. | |

Parking
Diamond Plaza provides ample car and motorbike parking on 2 basement floors. | |

Power
The building is supplied by 2 separated 15kV power sources from the city electrical network. An automatic transfer switch (ATS) system is installed in the building to reduce the risk from city power cut. Three emergency generators with total capacity 3750 kVA are on standby to enable 100% back up power for all equipment and facilities in the building. The voltage inside the building is stabilized at the value of 220V/380V by two automatic voltage regulators (AVR) with total capacity 6000 kVA. An earthing system and lightning protection system are installed to ensure the safety of equipment and staff. |

Security
For tenant and customer security, a digital close circuit television (CCTV) system, monitors and records occurrences within the building. The system allows a swift response to incidents by our security team and facilitates a historical record for use in security investigations. | |

Water
The water in Diamond Plaza is treated and sterilized by our ultra-violet sterilization equipment. All pipes within the building are made of stainless steel to avoid rust. Water pressure is stabilized by a system of automated booster pumps. | | |
