3. STEPS FOR ISSUING CARD:
- Take the receipt from 300.000 VND or above to the Help Desk for registration.
- Fill in the Registration Form and Agreement for using personal inforamtion.
- Sign and date the Resiatration Form and Agreement for using personal information to receive Diamod Card (card shall be issued within one week of registration).
- Receipts only valid on purchasing day and can be added.
4. USAGE:
- When paying, please present the Diamond Card to accumulate points.
- For information of accumilated points, please contact CRM room on the 4th floor.
- Only the cardholder can use the benefits from the points.
5. Rules and regulations of the CRN program can be adjusted by Diamond Department Store to reflect changes in business operation. |
